 Megacity is the largest modern urban pack in ithappy's low poly City series. According
to the publisher's page it contains 358 models, including 76 buildings and 61 vehicles,
with skyscrapers beside older buildings and extras such as amusement parks, sports
venues and shopping malls. The style is low poly and colorful, the modular system
is meant to scale from a single block to a large metropolis, and the pack includes
a traffic demo whose speed, car count and spacing can be adjusted. The publisher
lists Unreal Engine 4.20+ and 5.0+, and says the models also come in Unity, Blender,
FBX, OBJ, glTF and other formats. It suits city builders, driving and open-world
prototypes in a stylized look. It is not a photorealistic city and the style is 
fixed, so check that it matches your art direction. At the $189.99 entered here,
compare it with the smaller City pack and the other City series packs, and check
